Aesthetic Cosmetics with Ioanna was established in 2023 by Ioanna Natis, a Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration number: NMW0002450416).

 

Ioanna graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Monash University in 2020, however she commenced working within the healthcare industry over 7 years ago. She spent her career gaining valuable experience in the aged care sector, general practice and more recently has specialised in dermatology and cosmetic medicine.

 

Growing up, Ioanna has always had a vested interest in medicine, anatomy, a desire to help others and an underlying passion within the beauty industry. This made her decision to pursue a cosmetic nursing career a no brainer. Before launching her own brand, Ioanna completed extensive training in the cosmetic field and was privileged to gain experience and knowledge alongside multiple highly reputable aesthetic doctors and nurses in Melbourne and interstate.

Ioanna prides herself on providing high standards of care as a medical professional and launched her business with a strong focus on providing a safe service. Ioanna achieves this by adhering to the highest standards of safe practice, including immaculate hygiene, infection control and medication administration. Ioanna practices in accordance with relevant policies, regulations and governing bodies including AHPRA, TGA and NMBA. Ioanna values patient education and transparency associated with treatments, their benefits, risks, as well as advocating for realistic expectations. Ioanna aims to fill gaps in the aesthetic industry by adopting a holistic and ethical approach. She focuses on understanding each client's individual aesthetic goals, providing personalised treatment plans, ensuring patient safety and ongoing support for a positive experience. Based on each client's needs, Ioanna suggests a treatment plan that directly addresses concerns, avoiding unnecessary or unwanted procedures.

When she is not in clinic, Ioanna continues her employment as a Registered Nurse in a private day hospital. This ensures her clinical skills, emergency management and experience are upheld to continue practicing safely and competently. Ioanna embraces continuous education and professional development by attending training, seminars, workshops and events, allowing her to keep up to date with the newest products, treatments and techniques. This ensures she is able to provide safe treatments and optimal results to her valued clients.
